2013 SURPLUS EQUIPMENT SALE

Delta Charter Township is accepting sealed bids for the sale of surplus equipment.

Bids must be returned to the

Clerk’s Office
7710 W. Saginaw Hwy
Lansing, MI 48917
no later than
10 AM on THURSDAY, May 23rd, 2013.

Bids to be opened at 10 AM on Thursday, May 23.

Delta Charter Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Equipment is sold “Where is, as is.”

All surplus equipment can be view at Township Hall in Room C.

The results from today’s election will be posted on Eaton County’s website later tonight.

Proposed Fee Increases

The Delta Township Board is currently reviewing proposed increases to application fees for various Township permits.  Application fees in the Planning & Building Divisions of the Community Development Department are proposed for increases as well as several fees in the Clerk’s Office.  The fees in the Building Division, which haven’t been increased since 2006, reflect recent increases in the State of Michigan Building fees effective on April 1, 2013.  The Planning Division fees haven’t been increased since 2007.  The Delta Township Board is scheduled to discuss the proposed fee increases at their regularly scheduled meeting of May 6, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
