The Clerk’s Office is the official keeper of all Township records. This office oversees all elections that take place within the Township, as well as accepts passport applications and passport cards for the U.S. Department of State.

Voter Registration and Information

Election Information

Elections are handled through the Delta Township Clerk’s Office. In order to vote in any election in Michigan, you must be 18 years of age on or before Election Day, and you must be registered to vote 30 days prior to the election.

Voter Registration

Voter registration can be handled through the Secretary of State’s Office in Delta Township located at 8158 Executive Court (off Marketplace drive between Saginaw and St. Joe Highway), or at the Delta Township Clerk’s Office at 7710 W. Passports

Passport Applications, Photos, and Processing!

The Clerk’s office accepts applications for the processing of U.S. Passports and Passport Cards Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. –4:00 p.m. Appointments are required. Additionally, the Delta Township Clerk’s office is offering extended hours during select dates to accept passport applications. Click here for more information.

Cemeteries

Township Cemeteries

Delta Township operates two cemeteries, Delta Center Cemetery and Delta Hillside Cemetery. The two cemeteries are professionally maintained and operated by the Parks, Recreation and Cemeteries Department. If you are thinking of purchasing burial space, do yourself a favor and check our cemeteries and prices. You will find that we offer quality at a reasonable cost.
