Delta Township offers the opportunity for businesses to apply for a development district liquor license along the Saginaw Hwy Corridor.  The following application can be used to apply for Delta Township's consideration of a development district liquor license.

There may be liquor licenses available that were previously issued to Delta Township businesses and are currently held in escrow. It is also possible to transfer a license to Delta Township that was initially issued to a business elsewhere in Eaton County, Michigan.
