Basketball Skills Development Camp

High intensity, multi-tasking drills will be used to increase mental and physical speed of play.  Assist-U Basketball Training will supply the instructors and equipment!  Participants are asked to wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move around. Basketball/Athletic shoes are allowed (No Boots).
