Sealed Bids for Mt. Hope Park North Ballfield and Perimeter Pathway Development will be received by Delta Charter Township, the OWNER, at the Township Clerk’s office, 7710 W. Saginaw Highway, Lansing, MI 48917, until 11:00 AM local time in effect on December 7, 2021. A public bid opening in Conference Room B at the Township office will immediately follow receipt of bids in the Township Clerk’s office. The envelope containing the bid must be identified on the outside as "Bid for Mt. Hope Park North Ballfield and Perimeter Pathway Development, Delta Charter Township". Bids received after this time will not be considered or accepted. Telephone or email/fax proposals will not be accepted.
