The Delta Township Fire Department and Building Department have adopted the International Fire and Building Codes.  The fire department recently adopted the 2006 Edition of the IFC and uses this code when reviewing all new building plans for proposed commercial and industrial building projects. Owners and contractors will also need the additional fire department Rules and Regulations that apply when constructing new buildings in the township.  At this time, the Delta Township Fire Department's Rules and Regulations may be picked up at the fire department or mailed to developers upon request.
