The Capital Area Groundwater Alliance (CAGA) was created to protect and preserve our drinking water at its source. CAGA is a group of communities working together to maintain high standards of water quality and to educate residents and businesses about water protection.

Capital Area Groundwater Alliance represents residents and businesses of the City of Lansing, City of East Lansing, Bath, Delhi, Delta, Lansing & Meridian Townships, the Village of Webberville and Michigan State University. CAGA members voluntarily agree to meet high standards of water quality and are dedicated, through their wellhead protection programs, to protecting our drinking water over and above what is expected. CAGA is one of the largest alliances in the nation working to prevent groundwater contamination.
