Rental Inspection Program Fee Schedule

• Base Building Fee = $205
• Per Unit Fee = $20
• Re-inspection (after 1st re-inspection) / No Show Fee = $45
• Late Fee = $45 + civil infraction fines
• Trades Inspection (only when deemed necessary) = $45 per inspector

Examples:

              Single-family home:  Base Building Fee = $205 + $20 = $225

              Duplex:  Base Building Fee + $20 + $20 = $245

              Multi-Family (10 buildings with 10 units in each building) =

                            Base Building Fee ($205 x 10) = $2,050

                            Unit fee ($20 x 100 units) = $2,000

                            Total:  $4,050
