COMPLETE SERVICE INSPECTION
- Applicable Codes:
- 1. 2003 Michigan Building Code.
- 2. 2003 Michigan Residential Code.
- 3. 2003 Michigan Mechanical Code.
- 4. 2003 Michigan Plumbing Code.
- 5. 2005 Michigan Electrical Code.
- 6. 2003 International Fire Code with amendments.
- 7. 2003 International Property Maintenance Code with amendments.
- 8. 2003 Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings.
- 9. 2003 Michigan Uniform Energy Code
- Commercial Building Plan Review (Three (3) sets of sealed building plans are required.)
- 1. Approved Office Copy to remain.
- 2. Approved Job Copy given back to remain on the job.
- 3. Copy given to Fire Chief.
- Residential Building Plan Review (Two (2) sets of building plans are required)
- 1. Approved office copy to remain.
- 2. Approved job copy given back to remain on job.
- Plan Review Process:
- 1. Two to three weeks for large facility.
- 2. Corrections to be addressed to job architect or builder.
- Fast Track Construction Permits

- Local Inspections:
- 1. 24 hour or less inspection notice.

- 4. In house or field consultation with inspectors.

- 1. Restaurants and Food Services: Prints must be submitted and reviewed by the Eaton County Health Department. Call Environmental Health at (517) 485-7111.

- 3. On-site sewage system and/or on-site water supply evaluation and maintenance regulations

- Addresses are issued by the Township and must be approved by 911 before released for use.
