Notary Public
Delta Township has several notary publics on staff for our residents. There are notaries in the Clerk’s Office, Planning Department, Engineering Department and Manager’s Office. If you are in need of a notary, call the Clerk’s Office for more information.
Michigan Voter Information Center
Michigan's new "VOTER INFORMATION CENTER" is available online for all Michigan residents to utilize. The new site provides residents information regarding their voter registration, polling location and election related information.

VOTER REGISTRATION
Voter Registration can be handled through the Secretary of  State's Office in Delta Township located at 5827 West Saginaw Hwy., or at the Clerk's Office. Name and address changes must be made through the S.O.S. office, as it may affect your driver's license. Michigan law also requires that your driver's license and voter registration use the same address. Updates to your driver's license or voter registration can be made at any Secretary of State office throughout Michigan.
You can also download the pdf of the voter registration form by clicking here. The form needs to be filled out in its entirety, signed and mailed to the Delta Township Clerk's Office at 7710 West Saginaw Hwy., Lansing MI 48917.
*THE VOTER REGISTRATION FORM CANNOT BE COMPLETED ON-LINE!* You must print the form, complete it in its entirety and either mail or deliver it to the Delta Township Clerk's Office, located at 7710 West Saginaw Hwy., Lansing MI 48917.
Qualified Voter File
Qualified Voter File is Michigan's State Managed Voter Registration Program. The Qualified Voter File is connected to the driver's file through the Michigan Secretary of State, which means your driver's license and voter registration are connected to the same file. When you update your driver's license, your voter registration is also updated and sent electronically to the Clerk in the jurisdiction where you live. The Delta Township Clerk's Office will receive updates to our resident's voter registration, such as name or address changes, from the Secretary of State's Office electronically.
