Crediting the Photo
All photos select for the Delta Township Digital Photo Album will be credited to the photographer named on the submission form
Ownership Use/Rights
All photographers retain the copyright to the photo they submitted. By submitting your photo you agree that without any fee or other form of compensation, Delta Township may:

Display the photo on the deltami.gov Web
site or with the Delta Township Magazine. |

Make cropping adjustments, resizing, and any optimizing to the photo. |

Make and retain copies of the photo for archival purposes. |

Contact you regarding permission for any other use of the photo at a later date. |
Additional Terms and Conditions
You agree to release and hold harmless Delta Township and its employees for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your photo being in the Delta Township Digital Photo Album, including infringement of intellectual property rights. Delta Township and its employees assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from your photo being in the Delta Township Digital Photo Album.
