The Assessed Value, Taxable Value and Principal Residence Exemption information are accurate as of the date of transfer to the web site. Other property data is subject to change as more current information is obtained. Permit information is accurate as of the date of transfer to the web site. Tax payment dates are listed for payments made to Delta Township through February of each year. Later payments to the Eaton County Treasurer are not included. No attempt is made to display special assessment information other than installments included on winter tax bills. Special assessment information may be obtained by calling Eaton County at 517.543.7500 and Delta Township Accounting at 517.323.8510.
